The site is a free guide that suggests supplements and skincare products based on the answers you give in a short quiz, and publishes general articles about these products. It does not sell products.

Always talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication or have a health condition. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

3. Product information and purchases

Product names, ingredients, prices and availability come from the brands and can change at any time. We try to keep them accurate but cannot promise that they are complete or current. When you buy, you buy from the brand on its own website, under that brand’s terms, prices, shipping and return policies. Questions about an order go to the brand.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability.

5. Your use of the site

You may use the site for your own, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse it: for example, do not try to break or overload it, access parts that are not public, or copy its content in bulk.
